Definition
An initial estate plan is billed as a hybrid fixed fee. If the work you request us to do for you is significantly outside of that ordinarily required to prepare an estate plan, we will change from a fixed fee to hourly billing.
Our fees for a married couple's estate plan, which includes a Living Trust, Pour Over Wills, Health Care Directives, and Power of Attorney documents, starts at $5,200, depending on overall complexity and whether both spouses are U.S. Citizens.
Our fee for a single individual's estate plan, including a Living Trust, Pour Over Will, Health Care Directive, and Power of Attorney documents, starts at $3,200.
If the work requested is outside of the normal range, or is to amend an existing plan, we bill at $400 per hour.
All posted rates and fees are subject to change.
Trust administration work is billed at $400 per hour, with a $1,200 initial deposit.
